Jason founded Trulan Property Advisors after a lifelong desire to own and operate his own company. Trulan Property Advisors believes that each client requires uniquely tailored care, expertise, and advice. True to its name, Trulan takes an advisory approach to working with its clients by providing real time market information and helping to create long term strategies. Advisory practices include financial underwriting, lease structure consulting, credit evaluation, and capital market knowledge. Trulan works with buyers, sellers, and select tenants to maximize their real estate objectives. Recently, Trulan Property Advisors has completed over $45 million in sale/leaseback transactions, provided lease structure advice to developers, and helped 1031 exchange buyers find appropriate replacement properties.
Jason backs Trulan Property Advisors with 10 years of investment sales expertise in multi-tenant retail, single tenant net leased properties, and sale/leaseback transactions. He has successfully completed in excess of $250 million worth of sales transactions. His skill set includes financial underwriting, debt structuring, marketing execution, contract negotiations, and the successful closing of the transaction.

Background
Jason graduated from Stanford University with a degree in Economics. While at Stanford, Jason played baseball and from there he went on to pitch with the San Diego Padres and New York Mets before ultimately retiring from the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim organization. Always interested in real estate, Jason began to invest in single family homes before joining Marcus & Millichap in 2006. In 2009 he joined SRS Real Estate Partners (formerly Staubach Retail Services) were he became a companywide top achiever. He is the proud father of two young and active boys. Jason volunteers his time with Western Hills Little League and Westlake Youth Basketball Associations serving to coach and develop their youth players. In his scarce spare time, Jason enjoys mountain biking and tinkering with his jeep. Jason is an active participant in Texas real estate events and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
